Will this exercise plan work?

I want to get fit. Like fit with the hint of abs, toned legs and arms. So will this exercise plan work;

stationary bike cycle 1 hour, 100 situps, 50 step-ups, 3 minute plank. Will this work to get me fit and toned?

Oh yeah, I'm changing my eating plan as well to cut out almost all fats and incorporating more water
