stationary bike cycle 1 hour, 100 situps, 50 step-ups, 3 minute plank. Will this work to get me fit and toned?
Oh yeah, I'm changing my eating plan as well to cut out almost all fats and incorporating more water
well..ur missing an arm workout. Try something like tricep dips and bicep curls, pushups also target your arms too. If you wanna burn more calories, try using a different method of aerobics, like en elliptical, treadmill or skipping rope instead of the bike..since they will utilize more of your body, and do intervals (ex: increased resistance or speed for 1min, and then return to a lower intensity for 2mins, repeat). As for the ab, instead of doing solely 100 situps, try doing a combo situps and leg raises, as that will target both upper and lower abs
Overall, remember there are still fats that our bodies need, and not to over-train yourself..as that can hinder progress. Designate a day for you to rest, and remember to have variety within your plan as that'll prevent plateauing and having your body used to certain exercises and alwaaaays remember to stretch :)
Thanks, I totally forgot about the arms :S Yeah I'm going to try the leg raises as I've heard they actually work.
This sounds pretty good but just make sure your don't overwork yourself. . Drinking lots of water is extremely important because it flushes out the toxins in your body. by consistenly working out and balancing meals you will be fit in no time. Good luck :)
thanks :) yeah I'll try not to over-do it
Any sort of consistent exercise will do, those sound very good!
Just remember that you need to let your body rest by having a day off between workouts, don't want to burn yourself out. Also make sure you aren't leaving out carbs and other necessary nutrients in your diet, your body will be seeking all it can get from exercising, it's just a matter of balancing meals. Water is incredibly important so great job knowing to get some more of that since the lack of will cause dehydration. Good luck!
thanks :) yeah Will a rest on the weekend help? and Multivitamins?
