No you don't!
In fact, you cannot get fat if you eat just amount you need! If you eat less then nothing can get you fat, does it? It is not like you get fat from air. You know that, I know that. And this is hard. Point is that if you obsess about this you are not going to get slim!
Whenever you think about eating or not eating you are thinking about food. And food is what stays in your mind. Unless this changes you cannot really change that.
There are therapists that can help you. Seek one. It is simple mind set change and you don't have to do much more.
Although I highly recommend you continue with gym and keep yourself healthy (which by the way excludes pills).

If your diet is fine and you exercise 6 days per week, then it's all about sustainability. How long have you been doing this? 2 weeks? 2 months? 2 years?
The longer you sustain this healthy lifestyle, the healthier you will become. It takes time; quickness should never be a priority when it comes to changing your life. Ever heard of the saying "easy come, easy go"? If you go with a quick fix it's more likely you will maintain poor habits. Once that safeguard is gone, you'll be fat in as little as a few weeks.
Change your bad habits slowly, but surely. You WILL see results.
