I passed out when I had my period. Doctors don't know what's wrong.

This one is for the ladies, I really need help.

So 2 months ago, I ended up in hospital because I passed out when I had my period. I got my period at 13, I have always had pretty bad period pain, the last couple of years it has gotten worse. The last 6 months or so have gotten worse each cycle and has become really unbearable. I can't do anything, I have a high pain tolerance normally, I do martial arts so I'm use to getting hurt, but this I can't take, I find my self crying at 4 in the morning because the cramps and back pain hurt so much, I feel dizzy and like I'm going to pass out again, I've heard exercise helps but I can't even walk around my house with out going throw up. My uterus is so swollen I look like I'm in the early stages of pregnancy

I have had multiple ultrasounds where I have been told I have 19 follicles on one ovary and 20 on the other, the doctors are saying that I shouldn't be in any pain or be nauseous because of it.

I really can't take it anymore please help if you have any advise or had the same thing.

it was deffinatly endometriosis, took 7 years for an answer. I've had two laproscopys in the last 9 months and still has done nothing.
if i didn't want kids so bad i would deffinatly be having a full hystorectomy
