How can I lose 50 pounds without anyone really noticeing that I'm loosing wait.. in 1 to 2 months

losing 50 pounds is ot going to happen in one or two months... that's really quick for that much weightloss. and guaranteed if someone were to lose 50 pounds someone is bound to notice. weight lose composes of diet and exercise and how you think. you can't "diet" it needs to be a lifestyle change. you need to eliminate simple carohydrates from your diet and make complex carbs about 70% of your daily caloric intake. some examples of simple carbs are: candy, sugary cerials, baked goods that have white or enriched white flour, cake flour etc, white bread, etc etc (you can google it.) examples of complex carbs are whole wheat bread (100%), whole wheat pasta, veggies, etc. drink lots of water to flush out toxins from your system and keep your body functioning properly. I would take vitamin c daily so that the nutrients get absorbed better into your body and I would do an intense cardio 5 times a week. intense cardio is basically anything that gets your heart pumping quickly such as running, swimming, jumping jacks, etc. once you start losin fat from your diet and cardio you can work on body sculpting doing something such as yoga, hot yoga, pilates, etc. remember though weightloss takes time and a lot of effort and willpower.

3. To lose as much weight as possible, with the understanding that people WILL most likely notice, try:

Eat 1200-1500 calories a day (depending on your height and weight, the healthy minimum calorie consumption will vary). Have 5-6 meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) to avoid getting hungry and overeating.

Drink LOTS of water (especially about half an hour before meals to make you less ravenous), and cut out any other liquids (soda, juice, etc).

Exercise 4-5 times a week at least, for 45min-1 hour blocks. Alternate between cardio (running/walking, dancing, bike riding, aerobics, whatever you like) and weight training (be sure to focus on different muscle groups so you don't overwork them)

Get adequate sleep (varies from person to person. Could be from 5-10 hours a night, without breaks)

Honestly, the success will depend on your body. Some people lose weight easily, others don't. But it takes work. If you are serious about it, it may involve a lifestyle change and some hard work.

u won't safely lose 50lbs in two months... B smart about it. And yea people can see a difference in two months. Don't starve yourself because ul end up eating more. Just have somthing like cheerios for breakfast. Or plain rice cripies cereal. With milk of course. Then have some type of snack between breakfast and lunch. Fruit is a good snack if you like it... Eating small amount often boost your metablism which helps you lose weight. If your looking for fast result you should do more then change your eating habits. Go for walks throughout the day. Small changes are best. If you jump straight into it all you won't stick to it

There's no way to lose 50 lbs without anyone noticing, in 2 months.

If you're obese, you might conceivably lose 50 lbs in 2 months, but it would require 'biggest loser' type dedication - perfect diet, working out 6+ hours a day. I think people might notice that.

What do you weight, what do you eat, how much exercise do you do, how much can you change your diet?

80 lbs is not a very reasonable goal. How tall are you, how old?

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't you want them to notice you are losing weight? They'll likely give you lots of compliments which will help make you stay on track! =) I'd say u'd have to be consistent with your workout regimen (hr to hr and half cardio) most days of the week...and do strength training because it'll boost your metabolism! Tip: Listen to music when you workout! Helps tons! Don't do too much too fast so you don't get injured. And have at least one rest day. Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Try not to have too many sweets/soft drinks/refined sugars/etc. Good luck! Telling people your goals will help keep you accountable! So don't worry if they pick up on it...and it's important for you to be patient! The weight won't fall off overnight because it didn't get there in that amount of time either...know it's cliche but slow and steady wins the race!

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. In the past 4 months I've lost 30 lbs and people notice, so if you think people wouldn't notice that 50 lbs just fell of your fat f***ing ass in 2 months you are delusional. Also the only way to do this is to saw if off with a chainsaw.

So what happens after one to two months? Do you stop caring about your weight / health? Unfortunately, THERE IS NO QUICK SOLUTION. If there was, people wouldn't be asking for it, idiotic things like "instant abs" wouldn't exist, and there'd be a LOT more athletes.

Physical fitness and health is not a binary, all or nothing kind of thing. It is a continuum; a matter of degrees of improvement. Start today because it's all about the journey, not the destination.

Unless you're obese you probably can't afford to lose 50 lbs.

As far as 50 lbs in 1-2 months, it's not possible unless you amputate your legs. The most you could realistically lose in fat is about 2-3 lbs per week.

get a juicer and drink one of your meals a day, healthy and it helps cut off pounds...and no pop!

50 pounds in 1 month? Chop off a leg I guess... You might be able to lose about 16 pounds in 2 months but not 50 without surgery.
