I don't really consider that to be cardio. I do a brisk walk at 4 mph and I jog from 5.8 to a 7 mph. I am working on building up my endurance after havin knee problems (which I'm still dealing with from playin sports). Everybody works at their own pace. Try doing a brisk walk at 4 miles per hour and then add in 3 minute intervals of jogging. Check out the Couch to 5k program itll definitely help you build up endurance. Try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and avoid smoking. If you are still having trouble see a doctor or physical trainer.

You should start with a 3-5 minute warm up at a brisk walk and then move onto running on an incline for 30-40 minutes at whatever speed you can maintain. I do 30 second all out sprints and then I walk for a few minutes and then all out run again.
Your cardiovascular system clearly needs a lot of work if you can only go 1.5-2 mph for a 1.5 minutes.
Well I would say go by heart rate. Go for 140 to 160. If you crack 160 heart rate slow it down until you fall below 140. As far as your legs go, push through the initial burn and stuff, eventually you won't notice it so much. The first 10 minutes or so I find to be the most difficult. As for your breathing, make sure you control it and keep it at a steady pace. Don't take short breaths and don't breath quickly. Slow deep breaths. Try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes. Its not about the speed or how your legs feel, its about the heart rate.
depends how much you weigh if your actually getting this tired from walking. do you walk on a regular basis? I just don't know how somebody could get so tired from walking. you can also do yoga or beginners aerobics classes. yoga requires no cardio, focuses more on building strength and flexibility which is very important.

Umm that is walking speed. Try walking more, eating less, and stop any bad habbits expecially smoking.
Well, I wouldn't call that cardio as that is normal walking. Unless you are on the large side I would see a doctor.
Or try to I as long as youcan and everyday try to go 15 seconds longer. That's really bad. Like really really bad. Or you're trolling.
Serious? Get a dog. It will help you to walk more everyday and get your body more used to 1.5mph.
