i take a zumba class three times a week for an hour. I have an hour and a half long yoga class once a week. I lift free weights for 30 minutes every day and go jogging 30 minutes every day. I do push ups every morning when I first wake up. right now I do 10 because I'm bad at them but I want to work my way up to 100 eventually. I also do one 8 minute ___ every day (I have abs, legs, buns, and arms and I rotate them).
Would you call this over the top for a workout routine?
