You got to hit the gym and start eating healthy.
-use weights and actually do a workout instead of 98% of girls who just go on the mill for an hr.
-working out hard burns off calories and fat
-jump on the mill after you've exhausted all your energy (I would advise you do incline walking on the mill instead of just running)
-small portions of lean meat (chicken) and non processed food(e.g. brown rice, whole wheat) 4-5 times a day to speed up your metabolism.
-take some omega 3 (flax seed oil)
-cut out sugar and processed food from your diet. (soda, candy, pizza, sugary crap)
i can guarantee you will lose at least 10 lbs in 3-4 weeks depending on how disciplined you are.

Agree with verbatim but Omega 3s are better from fish oil supplements.
Don't do any cardio unless you've first done heavy WEIGHT LIFTING workout.
Don't eat sugary foods, eat less grains and starches.
Eat more proteins, fats, and vegetables.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, more if you're still thirsty from working out.

I thought you were supposed to do cardio first to lose the fat then lift to tone your muscles. I'm in track and that's what they've told us for the past four years. And you'll want to do core while you lose weight so you're toned but not flabby :)
By losing 20 pounds quickly rather than slowly, you'll be sacrificing your health just because you want to look better. I don't mean to lecture you, but it's frustrating to see so many people think this way. Treat your body well, it's the only one you've got!
Make health your priority by exercising and eating right, and if you happen to lose weight, that's just a bonus.

You want to lose 20 lbs quickly? Change your lifestyle completely.
Stop eating foods you like. Stop sitting on your ass and start jogging. Hit the gym harder than you hit blunts. Being healthy needs to be your goal in life. If you make excuses, guess what? You're f***ed. If you refuse to stop overeating? Guess what, You're f***ed.
Right now, the one thing separating you and your goal is not 20lbs. It's your lifestyle. Change it and become a health freak. If you don't do it, you don't lose the weight. Plain and simple.
INTENSE GYM TRAINING AND STRICT EATING HABITS IS THE ONLY WAY, FOR YOUR HEIGHT THOUGH YOU SHOULD AIM TO REACH 90-95 LBS

Unless you are obese, losing more then a few pounds of fat a week is impossible, without risking your health..
You can't lose quickly. 1-2lbs a week. Deal with it.

You definitely need to lose the weight. Just say in 90 days you can be around 20lbs lighter. If you wanted to lose it fast, why didn't you start months ago?
Because of the holidays, my family usually makes a lot of food. I just wanted the holidays to pass so I could start my diet.
