This is something that my girlfriend always worries about. Look, I'll say exactly what I say to her nightly. She works out, eats 600 calories a day and she STILL isn't happy. Ask yourself, who do you want to look like?
"Chunk"? My girlfriend isn't a stick, I guess you aren't either, and that is a GOOD thing. I think girls in hollywood who are like sticks are disgusting. Chunk, probably exaggeration , is a good thing. I love moving my hands up my girlfriends body. Kissing everywhere. Her legs that are not stick thin, and I like it that way. Personally I like girls who are more than skin and bones. Some meat is great. I'm sure you are very good the way you are.
Not eating will because you health problems. Will put you in starvation mode, which will make you gain weight. The best way is to rotate the number of calories you have each day. One day more, one day less.
My final argument to my girlfriend is... I tell her " Baby? I.want to date (insert her name), not (insert name of someone she wants to look like). Think about what that means.
I want to look like those huge guys who have loads of muscle, do you think that is attractive? Not everyone does right? My girlfriend thinks I hurt myself doing it, which I have, but see her hypocrisy? I'm sure if you had a guy (brother, boyfriend etc) in your life who tried hard and hurt himself, you would say exactly what I say here.

well it sounds like the last little part of your weight is more than just physicial it might be allittle mental try not to worry about it so much because its just extra stress you don't need.just think about how far you have come to your goals because your mind also plays a big role in shaping your body and keeping you healthy.think about it but not to much.

Eating less calories and changing your workout routine will help. (For example, if you don't swim regularly try swimming; same for running, etc.) However, don't try to become a twig. I'm not sure guys really like the anorexic type.
