When I don't get enough sleep, say maybe 7 hours or under, I get really, really, really grumpy /angry and really really really upset and emotional. I'll also feel sick, dizzy, get a headache all day, my cognitive function is impaired, I just can't do anything I feel dead and I get upset/ panic/ get anxiety when I don't get enough sleep/ or are tired.
Recently I got about 5 hours sleep one night and 1-2 hours sleep the next and now I feel absolutely horrendous.
Can anyone else relate / know why this happens?
