Do you worry that sleeping late is going to shorten your lifespan?

I mean 2 kinds of sleeping late. One is that you sleep late and thus not getting enough sleep and you wake up tired. The second is you sleep late but you can deal with it because you are used to sleeping very little without feeling tired.

The girl I'm seeing sleeps very very late, almost 3am in the morning everyday. And she gets by with around 5 hours of sleep. I don't know if I should be concerned for her, and in a way, myself too, because that seems pretty unhealthy..
