Should I be upset how he responded to my night terror or sleep paralysis? Also if you’ve dealt with this, what should I try to do next time?

I just woke up, it’s 3AM. And I couldn’t move my body. It felt like an eternity grabbing my partners arm and tapping/shaking it for help from what I can assume was an episode? It was really intense Situation. Looked at my reflection in the dream and saw my eyes halfway closed and looking white. I found myself getting out of it by almost digging my nail in his arm and grunting “help” as much as I could. I managed to finally wake myself, and free from my legs being bound. I woke up my boyfriend to ask if he heard me, and why couldn’t he have helped me? I was loud enough to get our toddler’s attention sadly. But he responded with “so?” And he went back to sleep without having a conversation about it. Am I overthinking by being upset he responded this way?
