There's no such thing as quick results that will last and are healthy unless you get surgery... which is quiestionable about the healthy part. You want it gone for good and not come back, so you want to do it the right way. If you do it the quick and wrong ways then it will come back quicker than you lost it. Trust me, I've done all the quick and easy ways and learned this the hard way when I was younger.
You want to workout! Do a lot of cardio. I suggest running. If you do any machines at the gym then you need to raise your resistance. If you aren't sweating and feeling it incredibly then you aren't pushing yourself which means you're just wasting your time there. But cardio will help you lose weight. After that, toning certain areas will be what you want to do. As for exercises with that, it all depends on what you want to tone. You can't chose where you want the fat to be gone but you can chose where you want to tone and gain more muscles.
For your diet, eat healthy obviously and cut down on what you eat. You want a decent breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus two small snacks everyday. I suggest you stick with protein. Have fish or chicken (grilled or baked). You want to get a lot of veggies and fruits. I usually rotate the different colors of veggies every meal. Drink a lot of water and stay away from drinks with a lot of sugar in them. Green tea will also boost your metabolism which will help you lose weight.

Cardio for general leanness, and crunches and leg lifts to target the stomach.
The answer is simple; it's the "doing" that's the hard part in this case. Good luck!
