I seriously don't think anything of it. It's not even necessarily a turn-off; depending on how thin she was before, I might be MORE attracted to her, haha. But mostly I don't pay attention.

Side note: I would feel bad for her if she was clearly unhappy about it and it made her feel bad about herself. But that's not always the case.
