Usually sudden onset eating like that is because of some emotional difficulty.
You need to resolve that, before you can really fix the eating thing.
I can give you a few tips to try and curb the excessive eating in the meantime.
1) Drink a glass of water before every meal.
2) Eat slowly. Don't do anything else while you're eating, like watch television. This turns the eating into a form of soporific grazing.
3) If you're sitting down to eat, put down the knife and fork between bites.
4) Savour every mouthful
5) Do all of this, and each meal should last a minimum of 20 minutes. This is important because it takes that long for the stomach to send its signals to the brain telling it to kill the hunger pangs.
When it comes to losing weight, try to exercise more. Find out what your emotional problem is, deal with it, then start eating less.

I would see a Dr. and ask them. It could be anything from Pregnancy, hormone change, worms or a change in lifestyle. Once the Dr. clears you then see a nutritionist.
