This is serious question. I was always slim, even maybe too slim, my friends used to say I have ideal body.. but few months ago I started eating too much, and I gained weight, I can eat one all chocolate at once, or 5 eggs and roll on breakfast.. I am always hungry .. even if I just had big dinner I can eat big dessert after. I tried not eating so much.. but it's really hard, I just HAVE to eat :( I didn't eat so much never in my life, what can be reason? I want be slim like before , I'm really desperate :( give me any advice please?
