Which have you tried which worked the best (helped you lose the most) also which was best for the price?

& please don't comment if you are going to just bash diet pills I know the risks but thank u!

I'm not bashing. Really.

"Diet pills' are not one thing. There are many things marketed at diet pills. No pill will safely make you lose weight on its own (it IS possible to lose weight just from drugs, but they are _really_ risky).

Most pills seem to claim thermogenic properties. Some have them, but it tends to be mild. Where some things might work well is in fighting OFF metabolic slowdown while under caloric deficit. Which ones, and how much, would depend very much on how your own body reacts when dieting. It would be useful if you took your temperature in the morning while dieting to see what was happening to your metabolism. If you can't be bothered to do that, don't stick anything powerful enough to actually make a difference in your body.

Other 'diet pills' are appetite supressants. Beyond a little caffeine, I wouldn't advise much for that - I strongly urge a high protein/lowfat/lowcarb diet as the fastest way to lose body fat, and the amount of protein you need to support ketosis is enough that most women will NOT be hungry between meals.

What goals do you hope to achieve with pills, in supporting your weight loss?

I'm losing weight w diet and exercise but I was going to add diet pills to help speed up the process

Is your body temperature low? If not, I'd say you're fine. If you're running low, you could consider looking at things that maintain (rather then increase above normal) your metabolism.

I'm not bashing them, I'm just saying that in my experience, they don't work unless paired with significant diet and exercise and you'd lose weight that way even if you weren't taking diet pills. They're just not necessary and they're not worth what stores charge for them. Also, if you do lose weight while taking them, what happens when you stop using them?

Well which ones did work when paired w diet and exercise? & what happened when you stopped taking them?

They actually had no affect for me other than give me an elevated heart rate. but I tried Xantrax 3 that's the only one I can remember.

Ive heared of hoodia...but hoenstly diet pills do NOT work. They just don't. They wash the vitamines out of your body...and the fat itself needs to be burned by exercise.

Thats only my opinion tho.
