How did you start working out?

Like, did you have a plan? A set of things you already knew how to do? Things like pushups, sit ups, planks, and I don't know many names.. I used to for soccer practice. I'd like to get back in shape. I used to have some sort of abs, but not anymore. I used to feel less out of breath when running. So, I'd like to get back in shape! I'd also like to be more flexible, since I never really was. Worked more with cardio. I'll try some weight lifting too. I like yoga. How do I know what I should do, how often, and if there will be good results? Should I make a workout schedule?Like exercise, by exercise, or a certain amount of time per day, etc. I'd jog too. I'd prefer at home as I've never really been to the gym. And like the outdoors for running. I'd like to be able to do a handstand and loads of cool things that are possible with the body. I like being healthy and feeling good about myself. =D .. XD Thanks!
