You can't pick and chose where to lose fat. Otherwise most girls would be big booties and small waists. You can help build muscle in that area though which can make the area look bigger. It won't be the results you want though I'm sure. Do squats, sprints, run up and down hills (or at an incline on a treadmill).

You can't spot lose fat. Your body will choose where it wants to lose it.
However, if you continue to eat a healthy balanced diet with a mixture of cardio and weight training the weight should come off in general.
You can't. Fat comes off where ever it's stored.
People can make a lot of money selling products to "target" weight loss, because it's something a lot of women want. But it's impossible.
Every morning I lose weight from my bum. I drink a cup of coffee and about 5 minutes later a bunch of brown loaves of fat stream forth from within.

I think you can if you concentrated on them. I mean when you go to the gym, you should do the exercises that move the muscles in those areas only.
Spot burning doesn't work. Weight loss takes it from the entire storage.
