Do cleanses really work? or myth?

Do they clean out your organs and help with small weight loss? My friend did one and said she felt super refreshed after it. Which ones do you recommend? Thanks!

The weight you lose is actually water weight so you gain it back pretty quickly. As for if it works and cleans out your organs, it depends on the organ and what you use really. There's a lot of "fake" cleanses out there. The best thing to do if you want to feel refreshed and lose weight though is to drink lots of water and eat healthy. This can definitely help you feel refreshed and lose weight that will stay off.

What do you mean by cleanses? Are you talking about enemas? There are several different ones that I give to women. But there are really really basically two different ones. A cleansing one(s) and a coffee(s) enemas. HAve you ever had an enema?

it's mostly placebo effect. there are some like master cleanse that work but you gain the weight back since it's all water weight you lose.

water is the best cleanser. the body cleanses itself if you put water through it often.

There's no magic cleanse that removes toxins from your body.

Cleanse diets cause temporary losses in water weight. It takes time to lose fat.
