Dealing with a very difficult co-worker right now and she is driving me nuts. She is half my age and I'm 21 by the way and work at a motel right now as a house keeper, and I never met someone who is so immature. She acts like a boss and when she's just a laundry woman. She leaves when ever she wants on company hours. Always has to know who's working where and why. And is constantly on her laptop and using her phone. Steals hours. Asks too personal questions, for eg, if we are sexually active and with whom. She barks commands at us and she mistreats our foreign workers also. I never experience this kind of annoyance for just a simple job lol what are my options with dealing with her?

Assuming you have a boss, and that she reports to this same boss, you might want to make some subtle inquiries.

Sometimes, in situations like these, people get away with this because they've been there a long time and have been doing it for so long that no one complains. Other times, it's because they have a connection that you aren't aware of, and so the boss is going to side with them almost always. In small companies like yours, such favoritism is not uncommon, so tread lightly until you know what's going on.

I didn't know 10 year olds could be employed legally but I would just completely ignore her
