You still want to keep moving if possible.
You can still work out the arms, and you still do some work on the leg that isn't injured.
Working out the uninjured leg will have indirect benefits for the injured leg.
Depending on your injury, consider:
situps
pushups
pullups
very slow walks
Just keep moving.
Watching your diet might help too. Since you're not as active now, you might not need as much calories. Protein will fill you up faster than carbs.
Yes, it's possibel but you will have to cut back from what you were eating while playing soccer. Probably stick to 1200-1300 calories/day consisting of lean protein (skinless chicken, fish, beans) and fruits and veggies galore. Most of weight loss is about good nutrition.
