What routine are you doing to get buff/maintain muscle/etc? Discuss! :)
I walk back and forth from work which is about an hour walk all together, I'm constantly on my feet at work, walking around dancing. If I'm not at work, I'll do 20 sit up's a day, have a dance for half an hour and then sometimes I go for a skate for up to three hours if the weather is nice! no rest for the wicked haha.

I'm not a guy, but I swim for 2h 6 days a week, do 1hh of weight lifting 5 days a week and go for a 4mi walk/run 3-4 days a week.
