Are you an emotional eater?

For me, emotional eating is a habit I've always had. It's my control. I control how many calories I eat and how little I eat. Sometimes I go through periods where I'll only eat a couple of hundred calories a day for weeks and sometimes I'll binge eat like crazy.

Typically what causes binge eating for me is boredom, stress, sadness or even excitement.

What causes me to eat so little is something that might set me off such as pictures or thinspiration quotes I might run across unintentionally. Or if I just feel bad on a particular day and vow to not eat so much so I won't look like a pig. Mostly photos though, like link

They just set me off on weeks of low cal eating haha. My inspiration basically.
