Should I sacrifice food, just so I can look better?

well I'm not overweight. but I'm definitely not skinny either.

I'm 48.5kg, 156.5cm tall and Asian. (guess that explains the height) and by the way, most Asian girls are stick-thin.

it's just that, I have flab on my tummy, my waist's about 28inches and considering that I'm kinda short.. I have to choose my outfits quite carefully. my arms are pretty big (about 10inches circumference) because I have toned biceps, but flabby triceps.

i really love food, and I don't like exercise, of course.

I'm not fat, but I was just thinking, should I sacrifice my love for food just so I can look a bit better?

of course the best solution for me would be to stop being so lazy and gluttony but.. I don't know. if you were me, would you control your food intake when you absolutely love food and have an exercise routine which you are kinda reluctant to follow just to look better?

do I make any sense at all? :/
