How do I get rid of my belly fat?

i use to have such a flat stomach I started eating late gained 10 pounds making me 120. I stopped eating late @ night & eating less hate exercising Because I feel like it doesn't help I need to lose those extra pounds... any thing that will make my stomach go flat?

working out the stomach muscles will not use the stored fat from your stomach, contrary to popular belief. Wherever your body stores its energy is not the place that needs to be worked to use it. In fact, working those muscles could only build them up, pushing the fat out further.

What you need to do is use the stored energy. Jog. Walk. Run. Bike. Play. Work. Just use it up. Doing some exercises for an hour a day or so is not going to cut it. You need an adjustment to your lifestyle to include energy-demanding probably-outdoor activities. These things can be fun if you give them a try!

Also a change in diet, of sorts. It isn't enough to use the energy if you are just going to replace it all, and then some. Be wary of high fructose corn syrup - basically don't eat anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. Restaurants are out, as a rule. Even subway uses high fructose corn syrup in some of their sauces (of course, you could just not get sauces). Plus, cooking for yourself uses energy.

Running, volleyball, more running, tennis, anything aerobic that develops muscles, especially core muscles, will flatten your stomach..so lon as you start eating right, less fat intake, more carbos to fuel the exercise. Find something you enjoy doing for exercise.

Try doing a certain number of sit-ups everynight. Laying down and just lifting your straightened legs up and down regularly every night will also work wonders for your abdominals.

Try cutting the amount of sodium in your diet to also reduce bloating throughout the day, and you should be good to go.

Search POP Pilates intense ab workout for a flatter stomach. But honestly stop complaining that your 120. I would kill to be that small and I work out eat right.

its not really the weight its the pudge that comes with it

That's why I suggested the POP Pilates, that will build muscle and tone but her weight has nothing to do with it.

The mid section is one of the hardest spots to loose fat. Unless your otherwise blessed with good genes its a combination of dieting and exercise. That's not the answer you wanted to hear, I know, but it's the answer you get.

I agree with sa230e. If this is a recent photo, you look great. In fact, some belly pudge can be cute.

Honestly the only way your going to lose the weight is to eat right and exercise. But like most of the other people are saying I think you look fine

Eating right and exercise. You can't target where you burn fat from so you have to burn it off your body as a whole.

Make exercise fun:) get a work out buddy. go on hikes. go geocaching. learn to surf. bike.

Go for a nightly run (every night) and finish it off with ice water. No food late at night.
