The jumping jacks burn the most, but you aren't really doing THAT many of them. It honestly just depends on how high your heart rate goes.
It looks like this is more geared towards resistance training, which will build muscle but isn't going to burn that many calories.
This would be great to supplement a a workout though.

It would depend on the size and weight of the girl.
Jumping jacks, for example, burn more calories the heavier you are.
No one can tell you an exact answer but that does seems like a pretty solid workout for girls.
