Is this skin tone too dark?

I am usually about two-three shades lighter, but in the summer I get like this with a bit more of a reddish tone. Is that too dark? I don't tan or anything, it is just natural. link

I also have a bit off a hard time with colors of eye shadow. any suggestions?

Too dark? You shouldn't be comparing yourself to other skin colors. Be proud of your own!

Too dark for who? Everybody has their own preferences. It may be too dark for some people and just right for others.

Smoky and neutral eyes looks good on everyone.

I like that skin color. As for eyeshadow I'd say purple and silver-ish whites.

for eye shadow go for colors that accentuate your eyes and/or go with your outfit

Whenever a girl wears eye shadow that compliments her well. I melt inside lol

There is no "too dark" or "too light" in general. Nobody cares unless it has to do with attraction.
