First of all, the idea of detoxing your body is a gimmick made up by companies pushing acai berry cleanses on people. The truth is as long as you keep hydrated (with actual water) the body cleanses itself. That's what your liver does.
Secondly, the idea of a going on a 3 day juice fast isn't all that healthy. You won't get key nutrients the body needs, and you'll end up feeling drained as a result. If you try to do any kind of exercise that goes beyond walking at a brisk pace, you won't have the energy for it, and your muscles won't be able to sufficiently recover from loads placed on them that work them properly, such as resistance training.
In short, don't buy into gimmicky diets. You want to lose weight, there's only one real way of doing it that works: Healthy, balanced meals, that keep processed ingredients to a minimum, and regular exercise. I've lost 121 lbs so far, so I know. Feel free to message me if you want more info.

3 days may make you feel cleansed, but it's not going to affect your weight more than maybe a pound or two...
studies have proved that "cleanses" do not work to detoxify your body. it is useless, the liver does it on its own and just drinking juice does nothing more to help it. also you will feel hungry, likely sick once you start eating again and the amount of sugar in juice is ridiculous; usually 12g+ per serving and that isn't healthy. your body needs protein and iron and other nutrients you will not find in juice. I do not suggest this and nor does any doctor in their right mind.
My advice? To NOT go on a juice fast. There is no point. It won't make you any healthier and you can actually throw your body into starvation mode by not consuming enough calories and nutrients.
Just go on a fruit and veggie "cleanse" (I hate that word), and eat a TON of veggies with a good amount of fruit. No processed crap, junk food, soda, any of it.

A juice diet is a terrible idea.
You're consuming nothing but sugar, which is probably the worst thing to consume, period.Water will always dominate. Drink H2O instead of those whatthehelldidtheyputinthat kind of stuff. But you said your drinking juice...so...good luck!
You're not going to lose any fat. You'll lose some water weight, and when you're done, you'll put it back on again.
Just eat healthy and do exercise every day
