Anyone have any easy workouts that theyve found to really work?



I weigh about 150 now (I recently had a baby) and I wanna lose about 20 pounds, which would make me a little over the weight I was pre-baby. I wanna lose it before college starts (August 20). Its hard to go running with my daughter because its so hot out and she gets overly fussy.

So does anyone have any around the house workouts?
