I had some Chicago pizza and that's all I could think of so what are some foods you think are heart attacks on plates?

A local pizza joint around here has a pizza named "Cardiac Arrest." They basically put on 20 lbs of food and grease and load it with cheese and fat and stuff. I hate it, but my brother eats it all the time. Otherwise, McDonalds.

Your confused aout the boroughs? Hard to explain, when you grow up here it's just the norm. And yeah..Queens is one of the five big boroughs on the Eastern part of New York City.
