Can't say for sure, since it also matters how many veggies you eat and also your level of exercise. There is also much to be said about biology and ones ability to retain fat regardless of diet.
I will have to go out on a limb though and say that eating raw veggies for a week and mild exercise ever day should produce some results. My guess is in the area of 7 - 10 lbs if you are overweight.

We can't guess how much you'll lose, everyone is different. These "how much will will I lose If" questions are pointless in asking.
But eat as many as you want, because they contains next to no callories, but lot's of nutrients.
Make sure to drink plenty of water and have some fruit too. And stay active.
Who knows how much you'll lose though, it's kind of hard for anyone to predict that, really. Depends on your body, how strictly you stick to your diet, stuff like that
look up vegetables with negative calories. I found this chart one time that shows you vegetables that burn more calories eating them then they have in them
