frozen is fine, they won't taste too great alone but in smoothies that are good, you might loose 5 pounds... the raw diet is awesome by the way, I am currently raw myself, there is a great raw community on YouTube, check out durianriders and the liferegenerator, there are many others too.:)

If you eat enough fruit, you could gain weight, though it would be tough.
This is a ridiculously bad way to lose weight. If you want very low calorie, your focus should be non starch vegetables and lean meat, NOT carbs.
You need protein otherwise you'll just lose muscle.

This is a terrible idea...if you look up the 3 day military diet its ten pounds..its unhealthy but works I have been on it for 4 days and I've lost 12lbs but I also exercise til I'm about to vomit or til I do vomit
