You lack some vitamins like vitamin E which exists in soy oils, peanuts, wheat, rice, olive, corn, green leafy vegetables and liver. Make sure to eat this kind of food and take vitamin E or some multi-vitamins.
And before washing your hair put some olive oil on your hair for about an hour and a half before you wash it at least 2 times per week.

a thumb rule is to never brush or comb your hair while it wet, cause the hair is really weak while wet so it will snap off. I think you lack a lot of the vitamins that you get from meat. like iron and vitamin D, you need to find other sources for these vitamins
