Legs on Wednesday
Back on Thursday
Chest on Friday.
I work my ABS everyday & use the stairmaster step mill for 15 min after.
On Saturdays in run
You have to schedule your routine based on secondary muscles or rest like MartinMarsh
If you work your chest it fatigues your tri's so you don't want to do tri's the next day.
Back also works to Bi's so again you don't want to work your Bi's the next day.
I have always worked my legs on Wed. to give my upper body a rest.
I est egg white omelet, chicken, pasta & more chicken.

I find walking to be the best form of exercise, which is why I make innumerable trips to the refrigerator each and every day.
I work out 5 days a week at least, but it's only for about an hour a day...I dance and swim mostly. One day I will go to the studio and dance, the next I will go swimming. I also do squats and go running if I have about 30 min in a day free. As far as dieting..I will have a fruit in the morning(usually an orange), then a small lunch, then a regular dinner, and another fruit later if I have the munchies. Other little things I do that have become second nature is when I go to the store, I park as far away as I can in the parking lot...If I want to nibble, I'll chew some gum instead...When I'm just chillin' and watching a movie in bed or something like that, I'll tense and relax my stomach muscles several times to work them out. :)
i work out on the days I don't work, (I work at walmart running around on my feet 9hrs a day) so I'm basically doing cardio all day, at least it feels that way. On the days I don't work, I do go to the gym, I do cardio for an hr, lift weights for 30 min and then sit in the sauna for about 20 min (it relaxes me). For my diet I am doing IF (intermittent fasting) I usually eat between 7 or 8pm to 10 or 11 pm so for about 3 hrs a night, I don't eat the entire time but I eat whatever I want within in that time and that is the only time I eat that day. My hrs change because of the hrs I work
are you getting enough calories from just one meal a day? how do you keep your appetite suppressed and stay energized enough to do these workouts?
yeah I eat all the calories in 3hrs, I use to be a non stop all day eater. I drink water and diet tea (it has no carbs, no calories and no sugar in it). In my 3hrs I usually go out to eat with my rents or eat whatever potato chips often because I love them. And I don't know some how I still have energy lol
the more water you drink the less you think about food...

Current routine I'm doing A/B/A every week
A: 5x5 bench, 3x10-12 pec fly, 5x5 db overhead press, 3x10-12 lat raises
B: 3x5 squat, 5x8 rows, some bicep crap.
abs 3-4x weekly. This is not a forever routine, but what I'm doing now.
Last month I was looking to bulk, so on a see-food diet. You see it, you eat it. High in protein obv.

moderate protein, high vegetables, low fat, almost no carbs outside one carb load and one cheat meal per week. Also taking EC stack.
3 days a week. one hour heavy lifting 8-10 reps only. 20 min abs.
I do P90x but not the cardio because I don't want to get too skinny
I also work a backroom job 6 days a week so all I do is lift at work too..
Eat 6 meals a day go through 2 protein jugs ( largest size ) a month.
I spend 2 hours at the gym everyday of the week (usually doing Pilates, yoga, or Zumba). Then in the early morning I run anywhere from 4-6 miles daily. I'm a bit of a compulsive exerciser. I'm also on a very strict diet, and am a vegetarian. My dad and I have just started training for this upcoming marathon season as well.

I got on long walks a few times a week. And I eat mostly healthy food like proteins, vegetables, and whole grains, but I eat a treat like pizza if I want it.

As for my diet. I'm bulking now, so pretty much anything I want lol. a ton of carbs and protein like pasta/rice and beef/chicken
yeah I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week I do 30-60 minutes of cardio and some weights as well, varies on the day, always work a good sweat
i am trying to watch what I eat I've been eating less carbs and sugar

you do Intermittent Fasting? You wouldn't happen to watch TMW would you? lol
I do, but I've being doing it since sept, on and off, TMW convince me to do it 7 days a week, with great results btw
