What is the best protein powder you've used?

I'm running low on my protein and I wanted to know what brands and flavors of protein you use. I would also appreciate the size and price of them, please and thank you. :)

Myotein is my favorite.

It isn't cheap, but its the only stuff to have worked for me. And The chocolate kind tastes like chocolate milk, which I'm not going to argue with.

It hasn't helped me gain a huge amount, but I'm one hell of an ectomorph so that's to be expected. I probably tried three or four other types with no luck.

From my understanding, it's a blend of 6 different types of fairly high-quality proteins, to help you body better absorb them. 30 servings for about $55 on Amazon. May be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.

My overall favorite have been Dymatize brands. Their flavors are so good, and have less fat in them than most brands.

I like the basic Vanilla because it's a great canvas flavor if you want to add chocolate to it and blend it as a shake, or add fruit, etc.

It's around the mid 30 dollar mark for a 5lb canister, which I've seen is quite average.

Personally if money is tight, get the standard stuff you see at Kmart or Walmart; it does the job of getting your protein content in.

Depends what you want the protein for bulking, meal replacement, added nutrients. They all will fall into all the catagories just do better in various ones. I believe Whey Gold standard is currently the leadin gone in tests tho.

Whats the full purpose of it anyway? Limit soreness and increase muscle gained or what? Everyone else goes nuts on the stuff some take protein 5 times a day before/during/after workouts..

Its good as sh*t, all flavors taste good, it actually WORKS and it's not overly expensive.

Trust me, after being on the football team for 3 years and pumping that iron, you find out what works and what doesn't.

Whatever floats your boat right? It's just that I'm a busy person so I rarely have time to cook those things, so the next best thing is the convenient powders.

takes me 8 minutes to grill a pork chop, don't tell me you don't have time. doesn't take very long at all. like people saying they can't take 30 min out of the day to do cardio that's a lie. people are just lazy
