I am a pretty fit guy now, but when younger I was overweight. Over the high school years, I lost a lost of weight and now currently lift weights. I would say I am decent at how much I can lift now (been doing it for a year now) but I still have lower belly fat and the fat around the hips. It might be partial loose skin from when I was overweight too. I am just wondering what I could add or do to help lean up as well as keep the muscle I have gained from lifting this past year. Also, if any tips on lifting/workout weekly plans would be awesome (I am currently in college atm, so it would be nice to some how be able to fit it around my classes). Thank you so much.
