The key to losing weight is drinkinng lots of water, eating regularly and exercising regularly. You want to drink a gallon of water a day. And you want to eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day so you don't pig out. You have to eat though. If you don't eat, your metabolism goes down, because your body doesn't know when it's going to eat next, so when you eat something, your body stores it as fat. But if you eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day, your body will burn most of it, and your metabolism will go up. But the key to losing weight is exercising regularly. You need to go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week for at least an hour. You want to split your time between cardio (to where you burn your calories) and weights and machines (where you tone your body). When you do machines and weights, you want to lift small weight, many times, ideally 10-12 repetitions per set.
