Weight- A lot of belly fat, I'm 6'2", 210. I want to weigh down to 195-190 and then work up on muscle weight so I weigh around 240-250 ish by June.
Flexibility- I suck, bad. I'm also very un-agile, and stomp when doing ladder drills.
Running speed- I only run a 40 in 5.4 seconds, I want to get it under 5, D Tackles shouldn't be slow. Should hill sprints help?
I also sweat a lot. Anyway to help that?
