Weight loss stories?

Alright so anybody that's been at least moderately overweight knows how difficult it can be to get back on track and lose that weight. It can be tough and at times all you want to do is give up. Progress is slow and it feels like things will just never change.

So let's get some weight loss success stories up here. Feel free to share the methods you used (exercise, diet plan, etc.), how much you lost, and some before and after pictures if you got them. It'll feel good to share your success an give some motivation to those struggling with it that it is possible. (I'll post mine up in a little bit.)

So I picking boxing up in the beginning of August 2011. I was 265lbs when I first went to the gym. By Feb 2012 I'd gotten down to 240. Right now I'm at 225 but I'm in much better physical condition than I was in back in Feb. Here's a before/after photo. The left side is me 12/13/12, the right side is 02/12/11
