Stomach pain or cramps for about a week?

Well after having subway last week I've been having these daily stomach cramps on and off every few hours that range from mild to extreme where I can't think clearly for a second and am nauseous . Anyway is this just some kind of stomach flu/virus or something more serious? It's just pain, I don't have gas or have to use the toilet or anything, just plain pain, like a really long, potent stomach ache.

At first it felt like there was a rock rolling around in my stomach but over time that sensation sort of dulled down, anyone have any idea what this is or experienced something like this?

I suppose this is also partially what a girl would feel like when having a period.

Sorry , but you will get no help or trustworthy diagnosis on any internet forum, even if a doctor was present. Even your GP may not be able to ascertain what you suffer from without an echography or analysis of blood samples. It can be anything from benign nervosity to ulcers , appendicitis, gall stones, a virus, the list of the possibilities I see is too long to type it out and there are just so many things I don't know.

did you eat something bad? I mean, I think sometimes if you eat something from a place that doesn't have much sanitation or someone doesn't wash their hands, you could be sick from there. a number of parasitological diseases have nausea and tummy pain as symptoms. so I suggest boosting up your immune system and going to the doc asap ^_^

I ate subway, this is the first time I've gotten sick from eating subway though.

That sucks. I used to like eat subway every day last month and then I got sick of it. there's a new asain food place at university campus and now I eat that lots lol.

Well subway just opened up at my school's campus this year so I've been getting a lot of my lunch from there, would prefer a quiznos though.

haha I always knew subway was a shithole lol, it's a disgusting place! You probs have food poisoning from that place-go to a doctor and see what he says.
