Follow "Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet" book. Its very helpful. It consists of eating 5 healthy meals a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. And you have to eat every 2-3 hours. It explaoins why in the book and stuff, and also give step by step things to eat and do. Its very helpful. I started following her diet plan in January and have lost 20 pounds already. Its hard, because you have to eat certain foods, now junk food, and stuff. But its worth it in the end. And for added weight lose, or to increase the amount you lose you could also read and follow the book "Wheat Belly" which consists of eatting no wheat, and other things too. Again really hard, but worth it. I know these work, because I've done them and tried it myself, and I don't mind sharing what I did with other people who need help too. This will help you lose weight the most healthiest and safest way, and you will keep it off. So if your interested you could check out those books and stuff. And also to add the most common yes exercise, don't drink pop, drink lots of water and the usual stuff people tell you. But weight lose or weigh gain is primarily based on 10% genetics, 10% exercise, and ,70% what we eat. So what we eat and put into our bodies determines our weight the most. Well good luck, and hope this helped :) oh and don't let people get you down about your weight, I know it hurts but those people are a**holes who obviously don't understand how sensitive people are about their weight. And too add your really not that much overweight for your height you should "technically" be less. But it all depends on your bone structure. Small boned women should technically weigh between 106-118lbs, medium boned women 115-129lbs, and big boned women 125-140. Just these are just general numbers for each person its very very different. It really doesn't matter what the scale says, pr what you jean size says. It matters what you think about your self, and how you feel overall as your well being. Anyways sorry for the really long message, but I wanted to help :)

I'm 5'9 and I weigh 155. My body looks like I may weigh more..but I have a friend who is 5'7 and weighs 155 maybe more and looks like she may weigh less. It's all about the amount of fat you have on your body. Technically you are in the obese category BUT I can't say you are chubby I don't know what you look like. I'm an athletic trainer minor and physical therapy major and this is one of the questions I hear a lot when I have to do my clinical study (work in a setting related to my major/career path) If you have a lot of flab, I'd recommend walking around the park with light weights on. Or if you have a treadmill walk for about 30 min with an incline of about 5. You should feel lighter after a few weeks if you include a healthy diet. Increase your water intake to half your body weight. A lot of cardio consistently and a good diet should help you lose the pounds. Once you drop down or once you notice a change in your body increase your weights and start crunches and lunges to tone up areas that you have dropped weight in.
Knock out any sugary drinks..water is your best friend. Make use of your blender and make thick fruit smoothies..they tend to fill you up quicker and makes a good breakfast. Make green juice with like spinach apple lemon cucumber banana and a few berries with some water..BEST lunch ever!
Probably obese. It's almost unthinkable that much of it is muscle unless you've been using straight anabolics for years.
You're on a fast track to major health problems at a young age, aside from any other issues.
The sooner you start turning this around, the better and easier it will be.
I've found 'tips to lose weight' frustrating. You could implement a bunch of tips, and you'd be constantly watching what you eat, and maybe you'd lose a couple lbs over months. To me, that's disheartening. My guess is the entire way you eat is a mess (which is true for many of us). Rather then implementing 'tips' you might be better off to completely reset how you eat in a new way. A month in, that will be your new way of eating.
Your biggest challenge is that you're 16. You live at home? Probably don't do the cooking or menu planning? Eat at school?
I could give a lot of weight loss suggestions, but it would help to know:
- what you currently eat
- what current activity level is
- what realistically you can control and change in terms of eating.
- what realistically you might devote timewise to exercise
There's also probably some emotional side to this. You can ignore that but if you want to talk about willpower and why you eat and strategies I'd be happy to as well.
You can do this.
Im not entirely sure what that represents but my guess would be chubby bordering on fat.
Tips to lose weight? Calories in < calories burned.
Look into HIIT, if you're doing any running then make it sprints. Replace all drinks with water.
A very good diet for weightloss is replacing one or two of your daily meals with soup.
One last thing I want to say, don't judge your progess by a number on a scale, judge it by how you look.

Your BMI list you as obese. But along with BMI take into account % body fat composition, I think that is the more meaningful measurement.
To start, replace any sodas or sugary drinks with water. Cut back on sweets. Limit the amount of take-out you eat and start making your own meals. Meals should be a balance of veggie/carb/protein.
For exercise, start walking more. You can buy a pedometer to keep track of progress. Once you get into a comfortable rhythm, especially as you get used to healthier eating, you can start running and adding weights into your routine.
You also need motivation. There are several weight loss support groups on Facebook and you can get your family and friends to support you. Good luck!Your over weight. Change your eating habits. Baked or boiled skinless chicken breast. No salt. Use seasoning like powders. Natural seasoning. Salads & veggies. Go for walks. Walk for as long as you can take it. Not to where it hurts you. The more you walk the easier it gets then you can go for longer walks. Then you feel up to it. Join a gym.
ya that's def chubby. Your BMI says your obese, so you may not to lose weight for health reasons also.
My best advice would be to cut out all processed food and it that doesn't help do Paleo kind of lifestyle. But honestly I could write books about diet and fitness, if you want to I can send you some good links thoughI used a bmi calculator for you. Your bmi is 32.7. Bmi stand for body mass index. A bmi of 30 or larger falls under obese. Mine was 34 then it fell to a 31.7 in about a month. So I lost 10 or so pounds. Cut out soda and too many sweets. Eat healthier and start walking. That little bit of effort accomplishes a lot. And it's way better than crash dieting! =) Good luck! And don't be lazy!
well, your bmi is 32.7, which places you in the obese category, but keep in mind that bmi doesn't account for %body fat so it means very little.
1 pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. Maybe try cutting 500 calories from your daily diet, and you'll theoretically be losing one lb per week. Add in some exercise and you'll drop some weight in no time. :)for your height id say that you're at least a good 40-50 pds over weight. no other way to lose weight than to change your eating habits and start exercising. cardio and strength training. for cardio I like to bike and walk
You flew past "chubby" 1,200 Twinkies ago.
The ideal weight for a woman your height is 105 according to the experts who study those things.
Look up the BMI body mass index for your height and it will tell you what your target range is
i have no idea but just guessing I'd assume you are obese...your doctor has never said anything to you about this? just eat less and be active more.
...fat... I am 150 and 5'7'' and I feel obese... just my opinion...
