The last bit of fat, your body is not gonna let go of that for health purposes, period of truth.
You have to ask yourself, is it really worth it. Some girls don't really care if you have abs or not. Having ripped abs will require you to be at a dangerously low bodyfat, and if your in a low bodyfat your prone to sickness and diseases, you will feel weak and feel as if you don't wanna do anything. So is it really worth it for your health? The answer is no.
But if you really want to lose that belly fat, then ill give you my honest opinion. Have surgery if you have the money, or go to a cosmetic doctor and I guarantee you that the cosmetic doctor is gonna inject HGH or Steroids in your belly fat.

I'm willing to put money on that "fat" not actually being fat. It's probably loose skin. Pinch the area, if your fingers touch you are probably pinching skin, not fat.
