Is this an effective way to loose weight? tips and advice thanks

I'm currently 5 feet 7 and 174 lbs.

I have a gym membership but I don't always want to workout at the gym...I have a treadmill at home which I use to run sometimes. I'm 22 and have a thyroid condition which is under control apparently but still its so hard for me to see results... and I'm anaemic very low iron because I'm vegetarian.

Here's my workout plan and eating plan

RUN 20 MIN ( 4.5 TO 5.0 SPEED) PLUS 10 TO 15 MIN COOL DOWN + DOING AB WORKOUT 15 MIN

DO BODY COMBAT AT THE GYM (ITS A MARTIAL ARTS/KICKBOXING TYPE CLASS) + 15 MIN OF LOWERBODY EXERCISES (SQUATS, LUNGES, SOME BUTT EXERCISE CAN'T REMBER THE NAME, STANDING LEG LIFTS)- 2 SETS AND 12 REPS EACH

ZUMBA AT THE GYM + 15 MIN OF WEIGHTS

TUES- RUN 25 MIN 4.0 to 5.0 speed) + 10 MIN WARMUP/COOL DOWN + LOWER BODY EXERCISES (SQUATS, LUNGES, JUMPING JACKS, STANDING LEG LIFTS)- 2 SETS AND 12 REPS EACH

WED- DO TWO HILLS CLIMBS ON TREADMILL FOLLOWED BY SPRINTING AFTER 10 MIN OF HILL CLIMBING FOR 2 MIN AT 5.5 SPEED

THURS- DAY OFF

FRI- 5-10 DANCE/WARMUP + 20 MIN OF FAT BURNING YOGA

_CHANGE WORKOUT ROUTINE EVERY 4 TO 6 WEEKS

NUTRITION:

EAT 5 TIMES A DAY

EAT A LIGHTER LUNCH THAN DINNER

LIMIT POP CONSUMPTION

ONE TIME A DAY A SNACK MUST INCLUDE SHAKE COMPOSED OF VEGES+SOME SPINACH+TRY PROTEIN POWDER FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME

DRINK LOTS OF WATER (WHICH I JUST LIKE TO DO ANYWAY)

DO NOT EAT 3 HOURS PRIOR TO CALLING IT A DAY!

IF YOU SEE RESULTS DON'T SLAG OFF THE NUTRITION OR WORKOUT PART.
