My girlfriend has taken up a job at a summer camp that is pretty far away and she works really long hours (from like 7.30am until 10pm). When she first got there she had more free time because the kids hadn't arrived yet, and we Skyped a lot and messaged through fb. Even when the kids arrived she still made some small amount of time for me, not much but I still felt like she was affectionate and being her normal self.
Recently its gotten really distant, she barely gets time to message me and when she does it seems just empty. We don't really video chat anymore and its really annoying me, I just miss her so much, I haven't voiced my concerns as I know she's busy and probably won't need the stress... but like I said it is seriously getting to me. She doesn't really say nice or cute things anymore, and she sometimes doesn't even message me on a given day. I thought maybe she's becoming disinterested in me, or has perhaps met someone else? I feel like she's almost purposely distancing herself from me, but once I bring it up she says she's just busy with work, any advice on how I stop driving myself crazy? and do you think she might be distancing herself from me? its so strange, she's very hot and cold, sometimes she'll message me first, but then other times we can go for long without talking... how could work consume you so much?
