When dieting and exercising is it possible to loose inches, but not see your weight drop? I've been doing this and I feel like I've lost weight, but when I weigh myself I haven't lost anything or it's something like0.9 pounds.
thats actually a good question and I had to ask my trainer that cause I had lost like 5 inches around the waist but the scale wasnt moving. that's just how it happens. I was 215 but I didn't look it cause I was toneing and losing inches. Then one day I got back on the scale it was like 185 I was like wow I lost 30 lbs and all these inches. its just water wait.

yes, it could've turned to muscle, which is heavier then fat. so you can be thinner but the weight itself may take a little longer to go down...
