I love water, and I drink A LOT of it. I was just wondering if any of you out there believe that it helps lose weight and aids in digestion...i know that when I drink water throughout the night like when I wake up in the night thirsty and/or before I go to bed I wake up feeling great and like all the food I ate digested nicely. On the other hand when I don't drink any water I wake up feeling like complete crap, really bloated and like nothing digested. Wondering if anyone has any input. Thanks.
