PMS cramps won't go away with anything!

I am having pms pains and cramps so hard I hate them. I went to the doctor and she said there´s nothing wrong, it´s just that some girls suffer more than others. f*** her. Anyway, I tried all the kind of pills you can imagine to stop the pain and the won´t work. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is to be all day long with a heating pad in my ovaries. And I know the pain only goes away when I ge my period. But my period is supossed to come in three days! What are other remedies, maybe natural remedies that I can try?

Is there someone else going through this?

Aww yes I had a cyst that cause awful pain! They could either go in with surgrey and remove it or put me on the pill to shrink it. So I went on the pill and it shrunk and the pain was reduced GREATLY. I would also reccomend laying down with a hot water bottle and taking the medication "Pamprin."

Also exercise and going for walks, keeps your mind off the pain and the movement helps =)

You just have to learn to deal with it.

You may not feel up to it, but what eases my cramps is

exercise (such as cardio).

You can always get plenty of rest if you have the time, and drink

a lot of water.

There's nothing that can really make these pains go away,

you just have to find a way to deal with them.

use a pill if you want

there are good pills

ibuoprofin

and menstrual pills
