If you feel as if you're too skinny, you should first try to gain weight by eating. I haven't head a girl who thinks she's too skinny, usually it's the other way around ;) Definitely increase the intake of the amount of calories that you usually take per day. As you increase in weight, you should then commence to exercising. Once you're exercising you will have to be more specific on what you want. Do you want more muscle or do you just want to be a certain weight? If you want to increase muscle mass then I would suggest lifting by starting lightly and if you don't want very bulgy muscles that would make you look like a guy, then I would suggest running to decrease the muscle mass.

Raw milk, and Eggs are super foods, but Raw Milk will cause you to gain weight. You stop drinking it until you are satisfied with your body weight. You will gain muscle and fat in proportions so your not gonna look like a woman with a beer belly.
Most people are lactose intolerant, lets hope your not one, because this is the only magic that will work for you.
Definitely do some weight training at the gym to build up muscles. Do a lot of squats/calf raises because muscle weighs more than fat, plus you're making your body look even better! You could also do push-ups and planks, and sit-ups. If you're planning on actually lifting weights, start out small and as you progress, get heavier weights.

my brother had the same problem and was prescribed a whipped cream diet by the doctor. It worked. Don't know the exact dose though ;-(
I would say P90X and protein
lift some weights, and eat lots of protein.
