How many calories do I need to eat to lose weight...at least half a kg in a week.
I usually burn 200-300 calories per day through exercise.

BMR is the minimum safe amount you can eat without long term health suffering. If you were sedentary (no exercise whatsoever) then you could safely eat a little bit above your BMR. Because you are active and burn 200-300 through exercise, you should be eating about 1800 or so.
And whether or not you can safely lose a kg a week depends on how much you have to lose. If you're obese, it's doable. If you're close to a healthy weight range, not happening.
Oh sorry half a kg a week. It's possible if you have a good amount to lose. But if you have less than like... 20 lbs/10kg to reach your goal I'd say 1/4 kg would be more realistic
That is impossible. Your body will not expend that much weight in a week without a very severe beating even if you fast. At least not in fat.
Losing that much weight in a week is unhealthy. You should be eating 1400 calories a day since you're burning 200-300 per day. Make sure your diet is high in protein.
