Confused by girl, she won't give me eye contact?

Ok there this girl I work with I have in past asked questions on here about her to which I got a lot of answers saying that she is interested. But what I don't get she won't give me eye contact. When I go into work and when going, she will say bye but she won't look at me, but she will look at other guy?

Seems to me she may indeed like you. Had several of girls who I have dated afraid to make eye contact with me. When I would do the approaching they would freeze up and act all ner ous, and not make eye contact. In my opinion she is shy, but since she doesn't give you eye contact she's tryjng her best to let you know I acknowlede you and so I am going to say hi or bye to you, so that you can at least notice me. I say gl for it, and do the approaching she is just shy. I KNOW if yoj go ahead an approa her, she is going to be nervous.

Yup, Berserk is right. If you only knew how hard is to make eye contact with that guy you truly like especially if he is hot to her... GO FOR IT AND PURSUE HER. I believe you have nothing to lose
