Should I keep trying with her?

This girl would always speak to me first and would go out of her way to ask how I was. She’s stared at me for sure and I’ve caught her sometimes. She does have a boyfriend so this concerns me but she makes me think she is bi. She has arm tattoos and gives off those vibes and mannerisms. I haven’t talked to her enough to know what her sexuality is but once she came up to me and talked for almost an hour talking about her previous jobs and how people here suck. There may have been some innocent flirting going on I don't know and After sometime she stopped initiating conversations first. She stopped talking to me but I’d still catch her staring. If we did talk it would be because of a situation. Her mom works there too. She told me bye once because we work together and she’s put in charge sometimes and she let me go home early once and told me bye first. We’ve been dancing around each other a lot and it’s so awkward because we’ll be in a room alone together and won’t talk! It feels like there’s tension and last week I was at the register by myself and she was working. I got on my phone and casually looked up and I see her across the store diagonal to me and she’s staring at me! Once I looked up and made eye contact she literally moved to a different area. She’s not in charge anymore and basically like a normal coworker and like I said we haven’t been talking. I thought she could’ve been staring behind me but there was just a shelf there with the products on it. I thought it was weird if her to stare at me while I was looking down. Today I saw her again. I said hi to her and she said it back enthusiastically and started telling our nearby coworker about how some “guy” stayed over her house and they went to McDonald’s the next morning. She went on and on about it. It could’ve been her brother because his birthday is tomorrow and she’s excited and it would be so random to tell a coworker about a guy staying over. I’m sooo confused lol! I like her but what do I do?
